We check name availability with CRO database and reserve your chosen name. Ensure compliance with naming regulations. Confirm no conflicts with existing companies.

Document Preparation

Draft Constitution (Memorandum & Articles of Association) tailored to your business. Prepare Form A1 for CRO. Create all incorporation documents. Send to you for review and approval.

Electronic submission to Companies Registration Office as your authorized agent. Track application status. Handle any CRO queries. Pay CRO statutory fee (€50).

    Must be 18+ and not disqualified. Can be non-resident with Section 137 bond.
  • At least 1 shareholder
    Can be the same person as director. Can be individual or company.
  • 1 company secretary
    Can be a director if you have multiple directors. Cannot be sole director.
  • Personal details for each
    Full names, addresses, dates of birth, PPSNs (or IPNs for non-residents).

  • Company name
    3 preferred names (in order). Must end with "Limited" or "Ltd".
  • Registered office address
    Physical address in Ireland (not P.O. Box). 
  • Business activities
    Description of what your company will do (for Constitution).
  • Share capital structure
    How many shares, what value, who holds them. We'll advise on standard structures.

Yes, every Irish company must have a physical address (not P.O. Box) in Ireland where CRO and official correspondence will be sent. You can use your home or business address. We will offer this service directly in 2026 upon TCSP authorization.

Main obligations: (1) File Annual Return (Form B1) within 6 months, then annually on your ARD, (2) Maintain statutory registers at registered office, (3) Hold AGM within 9 months of year-end (unless exempt), (4) File any changes (directors, office, etc.) within 14 days, (5) File financial statements annually. Yes. However, you need either: (1) At least one director resident in EEA, OR (2) A Section 137 bond (€25,000 for 2 years, cost approximately €1,700). You'll also need an IPN (Identified Person Number) from Revenue for non-resident directors. We can guide you through the requirements and refer bond providers if needed.
