SaaS is simplest with managed upgrades; Odoo.sh adds Git and staging for customisations; on-prem gives full control. We recommend based on compliance, custom code needs, and IT capacity.

Minimum is opening balances plus current AR/AP. We can import selected history (e.g., 12–24 months) when data quality supports it; otherwise we retain legacy read-only archives.
